Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed a suit under Section 229-B in the year 1990 which was dismissed as not maintainable.
In appeal the order has been set aside and the matter has been remanded back to the trial court for fresh consideration by an order dated 17.06.2019.
Petitioner seeks directions for expeditious disposal of his suit consequent to the order of remand.
Perusal of the order sheet appended along with the writ petition reveals of two dates have been fixed. On the first date the case was registered and on the subsequent date the matter has been adjourned on the lawyers being on strike.
Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with the observation that in case, the lawyers refrain from going on strike the trial court may endeavour to decide the suit of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of a certified copy of this order is filed before the trial court.
