Grievance of petitioners is that though they are working from much prior to respondent nos.5 and 6, but their claim for regularization in terms of the rule has not been considered, instead respondent nos.5 and 6 have been regularized. In respect of such grievance, petitioners have also approached the authority concerned, upon which a direction was issued to take an appropriate decision, but no decision has yet been taken.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioners shall be examined by the competent authority, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioners to approach respondent no.2, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today, in respect of their grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of their claim. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
