Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The only allegation which is made in this petition is that the private respondents have cut down the standing crops of the applicant on the land in question. This general allegation is made against all the opposite parties which includes the Commissioner, the Superintendent of Police and the Station House Officer concerned. The allegation is wholly vague and devoid of material particulars. Even otherwise, the Court notes that if it be the allegation that crops have been destroyed, the remedy of the applicant lies in lodging a first information report. The present foray in the contempt jurisdiction of this Court is misconceived. The petition is consequently dismissed.
