Heard Sri Namit Srivastava holding brief of Sri Dhruv Narayan for the appellant and Standing Counsel for respondents.
This intra court appeal has been filed challenging the judgement and order dated 28.7.2003 passed by the learned Single Judge. The appellant was appointed as Daftari directly by the Principal. The post of Daftari is a primary post of class-IV employee. The petitioner claimed that his appointment as Daftari may be approved on regular payment by Deputy Inspector of Schools which was not granted by Deputy Inspector of Schools.
This special appeal was filed by the appellant which has been dismissed by the learned Single Judge on the ground that the direct appointment on the post of Daftari cannot be made. We do not find any illegally in the order passed by learned Single Judge.
This appeal fails and is accordingly dismissed.
