When an order was passed on 05.11.2016 by the Sub-Divisional Officer directing the Tehsildar Shikohabad to allot residences to the needy no action was taken. The petitioner has filed an application for the implementation of the order.
It is, therefore, directed that order shall be passed on the application filed on 05.10.2018 by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
