On 20.10.2016, the Court has passed following orders:-
"It is stated that petitioner is entitled to appear as an ex-student in B.Ed. examination, scheduled to be held for academic year 2015-2016, but the university is not examining such grievance.
Sri Neeraj Tiwari, appearing for the University may obtain instructions in the matter.
Put up as fresh on 26th October, 2016."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is entitled to appear as an ex-student, but since he has not made an application for the purposes, as such, he has not allowed any relief in that regard. It is also stated that, in case the petitioner makes an application, before the concerned authority he will be allowed to appear as an ex-student in B.Ed. Examination, scheduled to be held for academic year 2015-2016.
In view of the submission aforesaid, this petition is disposed of by providing that in case petitioner makes an application for appearing in B.Ed. Examination, as an ex-student, it shall be entertained, and the petitioner shall be allowed to appear as an ex-student in B.Ed. Examination, which is scheduled to held for academic year 2015-2016 in November, 2016.
