JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Humaun Mirza, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shafiq Mirza, learned counsel for the revisionist.
Sri B.G. Tripathi, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 is not present.
Learned counsel for the revisionist states that he has no instruction from the revisionist despite that he has sent letter to him.
It appears that both parties are not interested to have decided this matter on merit.
In view thereof, revision is dismissed.
However, it is open to the revisionist to approach this Court to recall the order, if any, interest or cause of action still survives.
