Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner has represented before respondent no.3, praying for transfer from Moradabad to Ghaziabad on the ground that his wife is working at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Tukmirpur in Delhi and his father is residing at Delhi and suffering from age related problems and is under treatment at Delhi. He claims to have made representation on 20.1.2018.
The writ petition is finally disposed of directing the petitioner to make fresh comprehensive representation annexing proof that his wife is working at Delhi and documents relating to the treatment of his father at Delhi to the Secretary Basic Education Board, Allahabad alongwith certified copy of this order within two weeks from today.The Secretary aforesaid shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within one month thereafter.
