RESPONDENT THIS CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 397 AND 401 OF THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE PRAYING THAT THIS COURT TO SET ASIDE THE JUDGMENT DATED 23.03.2016 PASSED BY THE ADDITIONAL CIVIL JUDGE AND J.M.F.C., HOLENARASIPURA IN C.C.NO.849/2013 AND ALSO JUDGMENT DATED 11.01.2017 PASSED BY THE V ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS COURT AT HASSAN IN CRL.A.NO. 114/2016.
THIS CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING ORDER IS PASSED:
CONCILIATION ORDER This Criminal Revision Petition is filed against the judgment dated 11.1.2017 passed in Crl.A.No.114/2016 by the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hassan and the judgment dated 23.3.2016 passed in C.C.No.849/2013 passed by the Additional Civil Judge and JMFC at Holenarasipura awarding total compensation of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the complainant.
2. Now after negotiation, the parties to the petition have settled their claim. The petitioner/accused has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the respondent/complainant and the respondent/complainant has agreed to receive the same.
Smt. Bhagyamma/complainant, who is present before us, acknowledges a cheque bearing No.059526 for a sum of Rupees One Lakh in presence of the accused, who is also present before the Court along with his Counsel. Both the Counsel for the parties submit that the matter is settled and a joint memo to that effect is filed which is signed by the both the parties and their respective Counsel.
3. In view of the settlement between the parties, the impugned judgment passed by the trial Court is modified in terms of the joint memo and since the matter is settled, question of imprisonment of the accused does not arise and the fine amount of Rs.10,000/- to the State is waived off.
4. Accordingly, Criminal Revision Petition stands disposed of.

The parties to the petition have settled their claim before the Lok Adalat on the following terms:
The petitioner has agreed and paid sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Respondent And the same is duly acknowledge by the respondent with respect to Chq. No. 059526 and the Respondent not having any further claims with respect to the same. As per the order of Court payment of fine amount of Rs.10,000/- to the state is waived off.
The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of Conciliators on this 09/12/2017 at Bengaluru Bench.
