Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Amresh Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
By means of present writ petition, request has been made for issuing a direction to the respondents to cancel the selection/appointment of the fifth respondent from the post of Fair Price Shop Dealer of Village Panchayat Ramnagar, Jagatpur, Block Barkheda, Tehsil Besalpur, District Pilibhita and to make a fresh Agenda/proposal to allotment of new dealer of aforesaid Fair Price Shop.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed to the Court that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already moved detailed application/objections 15.05.2018, 17.05.2018, 19.06.2018 and 10.10.2018 and the same may be directed to be decided at the earliest.
Learned counsel for the respondents have not opposed the said prayer.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on consent, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Competent Authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner and decide the aforesaid application/objection expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, but certainly after according opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders in the matter.
