This writ petition has been filed for a direction upon respondent no.3 to give correct and clear answer to the query raised by petitioner in an application moved under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

A perusal of the records goes to show that petitioner has not yet exhausted the remedies available to him under the RTI Act. Writ petition, consequently, is not the appropriate remedy.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed, as being not maintainable, leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue his remedies under the RTI Act.
