Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandan Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.2 and 3. Learned Standing Counsel represents respondent no.1.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come up to this Court raising a grievance that the electricity connection given at the premises, namely, C-18, Sector-3, NOIDA, Gautam Buddh Nagar with connection ID No. 9881986000 M/s, Craftpac Containers Private Limited has been disconnected.
It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the landlord.
Be that as it may, since the petitioner has already made an application before the Executive Engineer on 18.6.2018 but the same has remained pending and has not been decided as yet, it would be appropriate to direct the Executive Engineer- respondent no.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before the authority concerned.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
