In compliance of the order dated 11.9.2018, the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pilibhit dated 15.10.2018 is on record indicating that sole appellant Harish Chandra had expired 8 years ago. In this regard, the enquiry was conducted as per circular of this Court. In view of the death of sole appellant, the appeal has lost its efficacy. Accordingly appeal stands abated.
Let the order be communicated along with the lower court record to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pilibhit for necessary compliance.
Appeal be consigned to the record.
