Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
In the seventh line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 6.9.2018 the date "30.5.2000" be read in place of date "30.5.2006".
In the third line of the seventh paragraph of the aforesaid order the words "Additional District and Session Judge / Fast Track Court No. 3, Saharanpur" be read in place of words "District Judge".
In the seventh line of the seventh paragraph of the aforesaid order the word "filed" be read in place of word "decided".
The correction application is accordingly allowed.
