Thereafter this case was restored to its original number by the order dated 23.9.2020 passed by this Court and the case was directed to be listed for 1.10.2020. The case was thereafter listed on 1.10.2020 and 7.10.2020 and on the said dates, the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the applicant.
Today when the case is called out, nobody appears for the applicant.
In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for the want of prosecution.
