The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 10-A/2000, within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the plaintiff respondents and is pending since the year 2000. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner has also filed a suit bearing No. 320/2000, which has been connected with Original Suit No.10-A/2000. Original Suit No. 10-A/2000 is the leading case.
Having regard to the fact that the suits aforesaid are pending since the year 2000, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the above referred suits expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
