Heard Sri Narendra Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents for payment of salary since November 2016 on the post of Amin.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation before the respondent no.4-Assistant Commissioner /Assistant Registrar, Cooperative,U.P., Jhansi Division, Jhansi within 15 days from today along with the certified copy of this order raising all his grievances as raised in the present petition, the respondent no.4 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
