1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Desai for the applicant.
2. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:
"7(A) This Honourable Court is pleased to pass an order fixing Special Civil Application No.6080 of 2002 for final hearing at an early date, as may be convenient to this Honourable Court."
3. It is claimed that the petitioner is senior citizen and the grievance involved in the petition is about absorbing the petitioner by respondent no.2 agency with effect from 10/9/2009, to treat the petitioner's service by 2001 as service under respondent no.1.
4. Having regard to the subject matter of the petition and also considering the fact that various other petitions which are senior and old then present petition are already admitted and awaiting final hearing, if the request is granted it would amount to gravity out of turn hearing to the petitioner. Therefore, at this stage, cannot be considered. However, since the Court (Coram:R.M.Chhaya, J.) has, in order dated 12/01/2012 passed in Civil Application No.12417 of 2011, allowed the applicant to take out application for fixing date after eight weeks, the office is directed to list Special Civil Application No.6080 of 2002 in cause list of final hearing as per its seniority in light of the said order in Civil Application No.12417 of 2011.
5. With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
