JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is preferred seeking stay of operation of Suspension Certificate dated 12.1.2009 in CMA No.2 of 2009.
On having heard both the sides, and on peremptorily fixing the hearing of Special Civil Application No. 12257 of 2009 on 1.5.2012, this Civil Application is not being pressed at this stage, keeping the rights of the applicant open to agitate its contention on the date of final hearing and the same is being disposed of accordingly.
