Ms.Amee Yajnik, learned advocate for the petitioner, prays for permission to join the State of Gujarat, through the concerned Secretary, as party respondent No.3.
Permission to do so is granted. The necessary amendment in the cause-title be carried out forthwith.
Issue Notice to the newly added respondent, making it returnable on 19.04.2012.
The status-quo order, granted earlier, shall continue till then.
