JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :-
"[a] Your Lordships be pleased to admit this petition.
[b] Your Lordships be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction order holding that the order of termination of the service of the petitioner dated 27.07.2009 and the order of the Appellate Authority dated 06.04.2010 are bad in law, and in violation of rule of natural justice and those be quashed and set aside. It be further order to reinstate the petitioner with full back wages.
[c] Your Lordships be pleased to direct the respondents to grant all the legal dues including PF, gratuity, Medical allowance, Subsistence Allowance et., immediately.
[d] & [e] ......."
2. After arguing the matter and when learned counsel for the petitioner realized that this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, he requested the Court that necessary directions may be issued to the respondent-authority to consider the representation dated 20.10.2010, [at Annexure-I to the petition] preferred by the petitioner.
3. In view of the above request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent-authority shall consider and decide the representation dated 20.10.2010 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. Direct Service is permitted.
