JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the impugned order, the Deputy Director of Consolidation has recorded a finding that original holding of the respondents has been allotted to the petitioner as such he allowed the revision and the chak of the respondents was allotted on his original holding.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that Settlement Officer Consolidation allotted chak to the petitioner on plot no. 1016 due to reason that it was situated in front of the house of the petitioner. But neither the report of Consolidator nor map showing that these plots were situated in front of the house of the petitioner, has been filed.
As prayed, put up as fresh on 21. 7.2016.
