Counsel for the petitioner states that the District Inspector of Schools has passed a fresh order in relation to the controversy, which is being raised in the instant petition. He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition and to challenge the order which has now been passed.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of, with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
