Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to private respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to second respondent to enquire the development completed by the Village Pradhan and in this respect development fund granted by the Government of U.P. as well as to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the second respondent i.e. District Magistrate, Mau to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter.
