Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State, Shri Tripurari Pal, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and perused the record.
Applicants- Harendra Pratap Singh and Vivek seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 127 of 2019, under Section 308 IPC, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/ surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
