While entertaining this petition, following orders were passed on 09.08.2018:-
"It is stated that on petitioner's own request, he has been transferred vide order dated 27.06.2018, but the authorities are not relieving the petitioner.
Learned standing counsel may obtain instructions in the matter. Put up this matter, in the additional cause list, on 17.08.2018"
When the matter is taken up today in the revised call, none is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition.
Learned standing counsel states that as per the telephonic instructions received, the petitioner has already been relieved on 10.08.2018.
In such view of the matter, no grievance survives. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
