Criminal Misc.Correction Application No.01 of 2019 This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 12.04.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer clause of the application during the course of the day.
Correction application is allowed.
In the third line of second paragraph of the order dated 12.04.2019, 'Case Crime No.701 of 2018' is deleted and in that place 'Case Crime No.701 of 2016' is substituted.
This order shall form part of the order dated 12.04.2019.
