JUDGMENT / ORDER

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.515/2014 of Adhur Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
3. The petitioner has enticed a girl of 17 pretending love, and took her on a promise of marriage on 10.10.2014 to a house of the friend of the petitioner, where they resided together for 6 days. It is alleged that he committed rape on the girl for two times. The petitioner has been in custody for the period from 20.10.2014.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. The contents of the CD, prima facie, reveal the BA.8195/2014 : 2 :
complicity of the petitioner. The allegations against the petitioner are very grave and serious. The investigation of this case is not over. Considering the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to be enlarged on bail.
In the result, this Bail Application is dismissed.
