JUDGMENT / ORDER

This matter has been listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
2.On 08.02.2017, this Court has issued the following direction:- ''6.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to issue the original certificates of the petitioner available with them to the petitioner forthwith, so as to enable him to participate in the one time certificate verification scheduled to be held on 10.02.2017, only on production of the sworn affidavit by the petitioner stating that he will not breach the conditions in the bond executed by him at the time of admission of Post Graduation in Dermatology (Skin) in the 3rd respondent college in the year 2015. The petitioner shall return such original certificates to the respondents 2 and 3 on or before 17.02.2017.
W.M.P(MD)No.1759 of 2016 is disposed of accordingly. Post the writ petition on 17.02.2017 for reporting compliance.''
3.Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that on 16.02.2017, the petitioner returned the original certificates which were issued to him pursuant to the abovesaid order dated 08.02.2017.
4.The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate is placed on record and this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.1759 of 2017 is closed.
