The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 14, 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India as well as under sec. 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the prayer that the impugned order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vadodara, below application Exh. 19 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 928 of 2011 dated 21.5.2011 may be set aside and stayed on the grounds stated in the application.
Learned advocate Mr. Trivedi seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a view to file appropriate application before the competent court without prejudice to the rights and contentions. Permission granted.
The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
