This Court on 19 July 2017 disposed of the petition directing the court below to decide the Case No. 1396 of 2014, expeditiously, preferably within one year.
It is urged by learned counsel for the applicant that the other side is taking repeated adjournments.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to point out from the order-sheet placed on record that there is any willful and deliberate disobedience of the writ Court order.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application before the court below.
