JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the impugned order.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that this Court vide order dated 26.11.2010 passed in Application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 37778 of 2010 has already passed an interim order staying coercive action against the applicant namely Manoj Kumar Srivastava and since the applicant's case is based on similar footing, he is also entitled to same interim protection.
Notice on behalf of the respondent no. 1 has been accepted by learned A.G.A, who prays for and is allowed four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Issue notice to respondent no. 2, who may also file counter affidavit within same period, rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
Connect with Application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 37778 of 2010 and list after expiry of the aforesaid period before the appropriate Court.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant pursuant to the impugned summoning order.
