JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 10.05.2012, Ms. Hemal Hardikkumar Gandhi has appeared as a person. She submits that she wants to engage an advocate in this matter and therefore, prays for time. At her request the matter is adjourned to 6.8.2012.
If the present applicant files an application before the Trial Court for adjournment, the same shall be considered in view of pendency of this present application as well as oral request made by the respondent for engaging an advocate.
