Learned advocate Mr. Kodekar for the applicant is unable to say as to whether the applicant has deposited the amount of maintenance or not. He submitted that the applicant will deposit 50% the amount towards maintenance before the concerned trial Court.

Upon production of the receipt showing the deposit of the amount as stated above, issue Notice returnable on 17.7.2012.
