Hardikbhai vs Pritiben

Petitioner-Hardikbhai Manharbhai Nandanvar has addressed a letter to the Registrar, Gujarat High Court requesting to place the matter before the Court so as to get permission for withdrawal of the same unconditionally.

Considering the request, which was made by the petitioner on 17th January 2012 and forwarded to this Court by the office note, such a request is acceded to. Interim relief; if any, stands vacated.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
