Learned advocate Ms. NN Shaikh tenders a purshis stating therein that the petitioner herein has been paid a sum of Rs. 25,000/= on 10th February 2012 and remaining amount of Rs. 25,000/= has already been deposited with the Family Court in HMP No. 218 of 2011 on 7th March 2012. In view of this statement, notice be issued to respondents; as directed earlier, returnable on 26th March 2012.
