1. Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent no.1 and learned advocate Shri Kunal S.Shah waives service of notice or Rule on behalf of respondent no.2.
2. Learned advocates for the parties have jointly requested for disposing of these matters, in view of the amicable settlement and compoundable settlement between them.
3. In light of this, the Court is inclined to pass appropriate order, as the complainant as well as accused are present in the Court. They are identified by the respective advocates. The requisite affidavit is also placed on record. In view of this, the C.R. No.I-123/2008 dated 19.07.2008 in CR.MA No.
801 of 2012 and C.R. No.I-120/2008 dated 17.07.2008 in CR.MA No.804 of 2012 are hereby quashed, as otherwise also no efficacious purpose of interest is going to be served, in case if, the complaint is permitted to being brought to its logical end in order to save the forensic time of the Court. Rule made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
4. Registry to keep copy of this order in other matter.
