Against the notice dated 16.04.2019 issued under 13 (4) of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy of filing an appeal under Section 17 of the aforesaid Act.
It is open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy as provided under the Act.
This Writ Petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. No costs.
