Dave, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to delete respondent no. 2 and 3. Permission is granted. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 stand deleted from the proceedings.

Heard.

On the facts and circumstances of the case sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay. The delay is, therefore, condoned and the application is granted. Rule is made absolute accordingly. The applicants shall pay cost of Rs.750/- to the claimants.
