This matter has been taken up out of turn upon a mention made by learned counsel for the petitioners that by a detailed order dated 01.08.2018 we had required to Lucknow Development Authority to take decision in the matter after affording opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned and also to file the counter affidavit.
Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel representing Lucknow Development Authority states that the affidavit has been prepared which will be filed today itself.
We, accordingly direct that this matter may be taken up tomorrow i.e. 20.09.2018 in the additional cause list.
Further, Sri Chandra may provide copy of the said affidavit not only to the counsel for the petitioner but also learned counsel appearing for the respondents, today itself.
