Rule.
Shri Chauhan learned advocate for Shri Alpesh Rajpuriya, waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, original petitioner Nos. 1 to 5 and Shri Pranav Dave, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent Nos. 6 and 7, original respondent Nos. 1 and 2. With the consent of learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties, present application is taken up for final hearing today.
Present application has been preferred by the applicant herein permitting him to be joined as party respondent No.3 in the main special civil application. What is challenged in the main petition is order dated 29.11.2002 and 2.1.2004 by which, the applicant has been given benefit of higher pay-scale.
Considering the above, if any order is passed in the main petition, it is likely to affect the applicant. Under the circumstances, present application is allowed and applicant herein is permitted to be joined as party respondent No.3 in the main special civil application at his own cost.
Rule is made absolute accordingly.
