This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to expedite the proceeding of S.T.No.74 of 2019 (State Vs. Har Prasad), arising out of Case Crime No.C-14 of 2004, under Section 302 I.P.C., P.S. Nawabad, District Jhansi, pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Jhansi.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
