Petitioner claims that pursuant to an advertisement issued for the post of Lab Technician in the National Health Mission, he had appeared in the selection and was declared selected, but no appointment order has been issued and he has not been permitted to join. In respect of such grievance, the petitioner has already approached the authority concerned, but no decision has been taken. Hence this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to examine the grievance of petitioner, as noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
