This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Case No.5007406 of 2016 pending on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, N.I.A., Court-30, Ahmedabad and quash the same.
2.Since this Court does not have territorial jurisdiction to quash the proceedings of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, N.I.A., Court-30, Ahmedabad, I am of the view that this petition is not maintainable.
3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable at the SR stage itself.
