By means of the present application the applicant who is apprehending his arrest is seeking his anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.18 of 2021, under Sections 308, 323 I.P.C., Police Station-Patwai, District-Rampur.
Learned A.G.A. informs the Court that the police has submitted charge sheet against the applicant on 29.3.2021.
Under circumstances, the instant anticipatory bail application has rendered infructuous and accordingly DISMISSED as such.
