ORDER:
Learned Assistant Government Pleader, who has secured instructions, submits that no such appeal, as alleged by the petitioner, is pending with the office of the Collector nor any such appeal is received in the office.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also is neither able to substantiate the filing of the appeal nor is able to produce the acknowledgment of the office of the first respondent.
3. In view of the above, no such direction, as sought for, can be granted in the writ petition. Petitioner is, however, at liberty to prefer a fresh appeal, if she is so advised.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty aforesaid. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
