ORDER Heard Smt. M.N.Vijaya, learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri Y.D.Harsha, learned AGA for the State.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that despite order passed by this Court in W.P.No.43669/2004 and repeated representations ending with the one given on 30.10.2019 (Annexure-F), petitioner’s request for regularization of his unauthorized occupation has not been considered.
3. Learned AGA submits that petitioner’s representation will be considered within a period of six months from the date of formation of Committee, in accordance with law. His submission is placed on record.
Ordered accordingly. Petition disposed of.
No costs.
