Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for dismissal of the present writ petition as withdrawn on the ground that cause of action as shown in the present writ petition is failed.
Learned Standing Counsel has not made any objection with respect to the prayer as made by counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
