Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 250 of 2019, under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., police station Gabhana, District Aligarh.
The Court finds itself unable to countenance the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail bearing in mind the nature of allegations that are laid. The first informant has alleged that the applicant stating himself to be the commission agent of KRBL company took delivery of goods whereafter the goods went missing and the moneys also not paid. Although it is alleged in paragraph-3 that the applicant is a labourer and does work including that of driving, loading and unloading, there is no explanation with respect to the categorical allegations made. The goods in question have also not been recovered. Consequently the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
The application is consequently rejected.
