Order:
This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in disposing of application, dated 16-10-2012, stated to have been filed by the petitioner for shifting the petitioner- saw mill from Nakrekal Village and Mandal to Machilipatnam, Krishna District.
It is the pleaded case of the petitioner that respondent No.3 has called for a report from respondent No.7 and that the application filed for its shifting is kept pending by respondent No.3 from the year 2012.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests (AP), representing respondent No.3, has submitted that respondent No.3 will dispose of the application for shifting the petitioner- saw mill keeping in view the changed circumstances brought about due to division of the erstwhile State of Andhra Pradesh.
In the light of the above submission, respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of application, dated 16-10-2012, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.47751 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
